Army reservist Corporal Jesse Thorsen is in Dutch over his appearing and speaking at an Iowa Caucus gather in support of candidate Ron Paul. There’s nothing that prohibits a US service man/woman from doing that, unless they’re in uniform at the time.
While I salute Cpl Thorsen for his service and vocalizing his support of a candidate, I gotta call “bullshit” on the kid. Setting aside this flagrant violation of the regs, permitting US military members to be used as props for a politician is unacceptable. You gotta respect the uniform, Corporal.
