It’s Friday, February 05, 2010 and not a moment too soon.
We start with this from our “Winning a Nickel In the Lottery Desk” – Unemployment dropped from 10% to 9.7%. I guess we’ll take what we can get, but you’ll have to excuse me if I still feel like kicking someone over the remaining 9.7%. I’m expecting Hype White House Press Secretary Gibbs to pop out any minute and give Obama the credit for it.
So be it. I give President Obama full credit for our having 9.7% unemployment. Good job!
In other news, I’ve just got to find another place to live. Billings is slowly, but surely sucking away my will to live.
Don’t get me wrong. Anyone who does that sort of thing to a kitten is worthy of much scorn (at the least) but to have 166 distinct posts on the subject? Some of these people are actually glad that he killed himself. Because he mistreated a cat, they’re glad he’s dead. At least my readers are rational, thinking individuals, guided by reason and a search for the truth. You guys are the best.
In other news, you’d think I’d have way more blog for as bored as I’ve been today. Nothing much is pouring out from this normally fertile (full of shit) mind today. It could be the weather. Foggy weather brings me down. Plus, I’ve been cutting back on my caffeine intake, which is making me a little groggy sometimes.
It also may be part of the reason behind why some of my co-workers have been such a pain in the ass lately. A very tiny, barely quantifiable part, but a part nonetheless. If I can just make it to 5 without strangling any of them, I’ll put this week down as a win, even though it largely sucked.

Speaking of RFG:
Not much plans for the weekend. I’ll be going back through the past year’s worth of blogs to correct spelling, punctuation and grammar, and to be revising some of my predictions.
Just kidding on the predictions part. I hate being wrong. But when I am, I admit it.
I’d hoped to wash my truck this weekend. At least take it through a drive-thru, but alas, more snow is predicted on Sunday. I grow weary of snow, but am heartened by the fact that the groundhog saw his shadow and predicts 6 more weeks of winter. Since the groundhog is right less than 36% of the time, I’m hoping to be warming up and soon.
So a short one to close the week off. Oh, almost forgot this:
